I have ordered four of these Emoji pillows. The heart eye pillow is the worst quality of the four. The item came covered in little plastic shreds. The company I ordered from was AMAZING with their coustumer service.

This will be "our" second Philbin. I wrecked the wife’s first one, lol. This one is just as soft and cuddly as the first. When I first bought this, I wasn’t totally sure where the 18" measurement was being taken (it’s head to toe, laying down). It’s a great size for a baby.. and probably the best part, it’s durable! Just don’t put it in the dryer, or it’ll come out crispy-feeling. Low heat seems to melt the ends of the fuzz. Lesson learned!
