This is a pretty decent lumbar cushion and it comes with a bonus neck pillow in the package for both upper and lower body support. Inside of the lumber cushion is a one-piece high-density memory foam and it provides a solid and comfortable firmness for me. I like that the lumber cushion features an ergonomic design which focuses on reinforcing the spin. The curved surface fits onto my back pretty well.
I have been sitting with the lumber cushion for hours and the breathable cover keeps it cool for me. The cover uses a soft material and it’s smooth with no rough edge. There is also a handy adjustable strap on the back of the cushion so it can be secured onto different types of chairs easily. I have found it helps to ease myself from back pain after long hours of sitting.
