Once I got the product in hand upon its arrival, it was clear to be even better quality than the very good pictures here suggest. It’s truly 5 feet tall, a big plump beautiful teddy bear with extremely plush soft fur, so soft you’d easily want to sleep against it. What impressed me as much as the product quality was the exceptional customer service from this company. I requested expedited shipping (Prime wasn’t an available option for this) because I needed it as a condolence gift. Even though expedited shipping was noted to be 4-6 days, it arrived only 2 days later. The manufacturer is located several states away. So that was impressive.It arrived in perfect shape, not squished into a small box but in its full relaxed form in a big four-foot box. The detail on the bear is high quality, and it’s genuinely adorable. I can promise that you won’t be disappointed by this bear. It’s outstanding.
