We have had two other types of spa pillows prior to this one. This one is the best, by far. The others were more of a memory foam without the water proof cover. They were really weird…totally soaking up a ton of water and never really getting dry. This pillow doesn’t have that issue. I also like that there is enough to the pillow, that it provides not only for the back, but also the neck and head. I have purchased this one three times now.
