Having purchased both this pillow (~$10) and the top-rated Simple Posture pillow (~$30) I have to say that this pillow is basically the same thing, it also has a removeable cover for washing and the material is the same and the size is the same, the only differences are the straps on this one have a clasp and it comes with an extra strap for weirdly shaped chairs (see photo) whereas the simple posture pillow has no clasp so you can only sling it over a chair. This pillow also does not have a huge logo printed on it like the Simple Posture pillow. So this one is much better and a third of the cost! ..More
